Acquia Adds Series C Venture Capital Investment

Woburn, Massachusetts  --  Software technology company Acquia has secured new investment in its third round of venture capital financing.

Acquia provides value-added software services for its Drupal open source Web collaboration and publishing platform.

North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners made the investment. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to expand its operations in the United States and Europe.
