Nlyte Software Sees $12 Million New Venture Capital

Menlo Park, California -- Infrastructure management company Nlyte Software has secured $12 million in its third round of institutional venture capital financing.

Nlyte provides a suite of green data center infrastructure management (DCIM) solutions.

NGEN Partners led the round, which also included other venture capital firms such as Balderton Capital.

The company said it would use the proceeds to market its services in North America.
