Avid Radiopharm Acquired By Eli Lilly

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  --  Pharmaceutical technology company Avid Radiopharmaceuticals has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by the Eli Lilly & Company.

Avid has created what it calls proprietary radiopharmaceuticals to image amyloid plaques.

Avid was backed by a large syndicate of venture capital firms and strategic investors.
