Covidien Launches Three New Ventilator Platforms

   Boulder, Colorado  --  Healthcare products company Covidien (NYSE: COV) has announced the launch of three new platforms for its ventilator line.

Called the Puritan Bennett 840, the three new lines are for neonatal, universal and pediatric-adult versions.

The ventilators help clinicians deliver and monitor customized ventilation regimens tailored to each patient.
