NRL Launches Experimental Nano Satellites

   Washington, DC  --  The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Naval Center for Space Technology announced the launch and deployment of two nano-satellites.

Nano-satellites are 30x10x10 cm in size and are being developed by San Francisco-based Pumpkin, Inc.

NRL confirmed that the nano-satellites fully deployed their arrays and antennas shortly after launch.
