Capricor Raises $2 Million Venture Capital Funding

Los Angeles, California  --  Biotechnology company Capricor has secured $2 million in a new round of venture capital investment.

Capricor is focused on creating easy-to-administer cardiac stem cell treatments.

Broadview Ventures made the investment. The company said it would use the proceeds to pursue clinical trials of its treatment.
