Calisolar Raises $3 Million Venture Capital Debt

   Sunnyvale, California  --  Solar technology company Calisolar has garnered $3 million in new venture capital debt according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Calisolar designs and sells solar cells in high-volume PV industry market segments.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
