Diffusion Pharma Collects $6 Million Venture Capital

Charlottesville, Virginia  --  Small molecule company Diffusion Pharmaceuticals has secured $5.9 million in new round of venture capital investment.

Diffusion is developing a drug compound for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD).

Investors in the round were not disclosed.  The company said that the proceeds would be used to support its ongoing clinical trials.
