Swype Sees $1 Million New Venture Capital Funding

Seattle, Washington  --  Mobile software developer Swype has raised $1 million in additional venture capital financing.

Swype has developed what it calls "text-input technology for mobile devices."

DoCoMo Capital made the investment.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
