Ubidesk Provides Online Collaboration Software

San Jose, California  --  Internet software company Ubidesk has announced that its online collaboration application has emerged from beta test stage.

The system is a web-based application that allows team members to collaborate with each other on documents and projects, with separate access controls for each project.

The company is aiming its software as a service at small and medium businesses, academics and communities and others at the department and team level.
