MyEdu Adds More Venture Capital Investment

Austin, Texas  --  Internet education company MyEdu has received $5.5 million in its second round of institutional venture capital investment.

MyEdu says that its goal is to save every family "20% on the cost of college through better planning and decision-making."

Bain Capital Ventures was the lead investor in the round, which also included other undisclosed investors.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
