CFX Battery Energizes With Series B Venture Capital

Azusa, California  --  Portable energy company CFX Battery has secured $14.2 million in its second round of institutional venture capital investment.

CFX is developing batteries with higher performance, greater efficiency, more environmentally friendly and safer than existing technologies.

Investors in the round included CMEA Ventures, Harris & Harris Group and US Venture Partners.  The company said it would use the funding to support additional research and development and to accelerate commercialization of its products.
