Ustream Closes $75 Million Venture Capital Commitment

Mountain View, California  --  Internet company Ustream.TV has secured $75 million in a new round of venture capital commitments.

Ustream has created an online digital media platform that allows consumers to broadcast live streaming video.

SoftBank made the financing commitment, composed of $25 million in immediate company investment and up to $50 million of future investment.
