eMix Launches Patient File Sharing Exchange

San Diego, California  --  Healthcare information company eMix has announced its new technology for sharing patient imaging studies and reports.

The Electronic Medical Information Exchange, eMix, will enable online, secure sharing of images and reports between institutions and physicians via the Internet.

The company says that three medical institutions in the state of Montana have already gone live with a beta version of the system, and 20 more institutions across the country are participating in beta trials.
