Avaak Accepts $10 Million Series B Venture Capital

San Diego, California  --  Digital media company Avaak has secured $10 million in its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

Avaak wants to be the "world leader in the market for intelligent ad hock video networks that are completely untethered."

The financing round was led by Qualcomm and also included investments by InterWest Partners, Leapfrog Ventures and Trinity Ventures.  The company said it would use the funding to support its expansion efforts.
