Akorri Garners $10 Million Venture Capital Financing

Littleton, Massachusetts  --  IT software company Akorri Networks has secured $10.1 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

Akorri says that it is the first to "enable IT organizations to intelligently balance application performance and infrastructure utilization."

Company investors include Matrix Partners, Bluestream Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners and Montagu Newhall Associates.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
