Bethlehem, Pennsylvania -- Biotechnology company Saladax Biomedical has secured $8.4 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.
Saladax is developing what it calls "fast and inexpensive immunoassays that will enable routine blood level monitoring of anticancer drugs."
Investors in the round included Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Delaware Crossing Investor Group, Excel Venture Management and the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania. The company said that the funding would be used to accelerate its product development and clinical support. |
