Demandware Adds $7 Million To Series D Financing

Demandware
has closed its fourth round of venture capital financing by raising an additional $7 million.
Demandware cells and enterprise grade e-commerce platform delivered as a service with a usage-based pricing model.
Investors in the round included North Bridge Venture Partners and General Catalyst Partners. The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
