Pivot3 Stores $4 Million Venture Capital Investment

Pivot3
has secured $4 million in its fourth round of venture capital financing.
Pivot3 has created storage virtualization technology that the company says requires no specialized hardware and removes capacity and performance boundaries imposed by traditional RAID products.
Northleaf Capital Partners made the investment. The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
