Brightleaf Raises Nearly $3 Million Venture Capital

Westwood, Massachusetts -- IT company
Brightleaf
has secured $2.9 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.
Brightleaf says that it is focused on "bringing intelligent document automation to law firms and legal departments."
The Foundry Group and other undisclosed investors made the investment. The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
