Los Angeles, California  --Internet company Break Media has announced the launch of a new ad server and campaign management system.

Called Apex, the proprietary server will enable advertisers to generate highly sophisticated and targeted campaigns across the company's network.

Among the features of the application is the ability to create custom ads, including non-standard advertising formats.
