Archive Systems Nets Venture Capital Investment

Fairfield, New Jersey  --  IT company Archive Systems has raised a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

Archive Systems provides outsourced document processing services to the enterprise market.

NewSpring Capital led the round, which also included other undisclosed investors.  The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
