Jelli Jams With $7 Million Venture Capital

San Mateo, California  --  Internet company Jelli has raised $7 million in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.

Jelli operates a website and service that allows users to dynamically determine what plays on the air for their listening pleasure.

Battery Ventures led the round, which also included First Round Capital.  The company said the funding would be used for market expansion, new product development and growing their team.
