Warwick, Rhode Island  --  Medical device materials company Biomedical Structures has secured new institutional venture capital investment.

Biomedical Structures provides medical device manufacturers with a variety of resorbable and nonresorbable fibers for their medical devices.

@Ventures made the investment.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
