Luna Technologies Launches Portable Fiber Inspection

Roanoke, Virginia  --  Optical test equipment company Luna Technologies has announced the launch of a portable fiber network analysis instrument.

Called the Optical Backscatter Reflectometer 4200, the instrument offers 1000 times higher resolution than the Optical Time Domain Reflectometer.

The company says that the instrument is especially effective in short run optical fiber infrastructure deployments, under 500 m.
