Blue Ash, Ohio -- Advanced materials company Bioformix (no website) has garnered $1.05 million in new round of angel financing.

Bioformix is a stealth mode company developing sustainable adhesives and plastic alternatives.

CincyTech and the Queen City Angels made the investment. The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
