India -- Hybrid enterprise software solution company CDC Software (NASDAQ: CDCS) has announced the launch of a cloud application with the Microsoft Windows Azure platform.

The company has created an online version of its Respond customer complaint management system for contact centers.

It has already piloted the program intends to fully launch the product by the end of 2010.
