Cotendo Clears $12 Million Series C Financing

Sunnyvale, California -- Software developer Cotendo has garnered $12 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

Cotendo has developed a content delivery network and a full suite of related applications.

Tenaya Capital led the round, which also included Sequoia Capital and Benchmark Capital. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to continue developing its technology and expanding its market reach.
