Altivon Launches Contact Center Training Tool

Phoenix, Arizona  --  Contact center solutions provider Altivon announced the launch of a new self assessment tool for contact center personnel.

Called Snapshotz Online, the tool helps contact center directors, help desk managers and other personnel create a holistic view of their customer service environment.

Delivered as a cloud computing service, the application gathers more than 620 data points from questions posed to users.
