cMoney Secures $100 Million Commitment

Houston, Texas  --  Mobile company cMoney has secured a commitment for up to $100 million in private equity investment.

cMoney says that it has developed a new way to send money using a cellular telephone and a text messaging system.

AGS Capital Group made the investment commitment. The company said it would use the financing to support the launch of its mobile financial services platform.
