Future Of Cloud Service Delivery Is Automation

Austin, Texas  --  Parallels CEO Serguei Beloussov outlined his vision of the future of cloud service delivery in his keynote presentation at HostingCon2010.

Beloussov said that service providers can offer their customers unified and hosted communications services to increase ARPU and decrease churn by cross-selling services.

Concurrent with his address, the company launched Parallels Automation 5.0, which provides unified communications with Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Office Communications Server.
