Caringo Nabs $5 Million Venture Capital Investment

Austin, Texas -- Storage software technology company Caringo has secured $5 million in new venture capital funding.

Caringo provides content storage software that leverages customer chosen commodity hardware to improve the economics of corporate content storage.

Investors in the round were not disclosed. The company said that it would use the investment to continue to expand its operations.
