ProMend Launches Self-Service Help Desk

San Francisco, California  --  Open source database support company ProMend has announced the launch of an automated, self-service help desk system.

The ProMend Help Desk allows companies to purchase MySQL development and support services by the hour, without artificial restrictions or contractual commitments.

The company says that all of its consultants are either Sun Certified MySQL Developers or DBAs.
