Bio2 Technologies Garners VC Financing

Woburn, Massachusetts  --  Medical device company Bio2 Technologies has landed $1.1 million in venture capital financing, according to an SEC filing.

Bio2 Technologies says that it is developing novel tissue engineering scaffolds for orthopedic applications that result in a high porosity load bearing structure.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
