GCT Semiconductor Chip To Power Infomark Device

San Jose, California  --  Mobile chip company GCT Semiconductor announced that its WiMAX chip has been selected by Infomark for a new mobile device.

The GDM7205 is GCT's advanced 4G chip and allows users to operate in a "USB-tethered mode", where the device can operate like a hotspot.

GCT says that the chip is "the leading ODM and operator choice for enabling advanced WiMAX devices."
