CeNeRx Reports $3 Million New VC Funding

Cary, North Carolina  --  Biotechnology company CeNeRx BioPharma has raised $3 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

CeNeRx is a clinical stage company that is developing improved treatments for diseases of the central nervous system.

Investors in the new financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
