Slate Magazine Launches Apple iPad Version

Washington, DC  --  Media company Slate Group as announced the launch of an Apple iPad version of its online magazine.

The application gives users access to articles, videos, podcasts and the Slate news aggregator.

Available for free through October 11, the application also provides for true integration of multimedia within its content pages and the ability to play podcasts in the background while browsing other Slate content.
