Beaverton, Oregon -- Software development company Act-On Software has secured $500,000 in new investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Act-On says that it provides a "next-generation communication and collaboration service" that enhances e-mail into a prospect and customer interaction service.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. |
