Blue Cod Catches $8 Million Venture Capital Funding

Marlborough, Massachusetts  --  Software development company Blue Cod Technologies has secured $8 million in strategic and institutional venture capital investment.

Blue Cod provides management and IT consulting software solutions for the insurance, financial and utility industries.

The GE Pension Plan led the round, which included previous investor Edison Venture Fund. The company said it would use the proceeds to accelerate its expansion of product development and sales operations.
