Damballa Discovers New Denial Of Service Botnet

Atlanta, Georgia  --  Cyber security company Damballa announced that it has discovered a new global botnet offering a pay-for-delivery Distributed Denial of Service attack service.

Called the IMDDOS Botnet, the vast majority of infected host servers are located in China and the service appears to be hosted in China as well.

It is available for lease to anyone willing to establish an online account and input the domains they wish to attack.
