Adaptive Computing Collects VC Funding

Provo, Utah  --  IT company Adaptive Computing has secured $14 million in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.

Adaptive says that it "provides intelligent automation software for HPC, data center and cloud environments."

Intel Capital led the round, which included previous investors Tudor Ventures and EPIC Ventures. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to scale its operations.
