Conviva Collects $15 Million Series C Venture Capital

San Mateo, California  --  Internet company Conviva has raised $15 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

Conviva has created a Coordinated Video Distribution System that it sells to content owners and network service providers.

GGV Capital led the round, which also included Foundation Capital, New Enterprise Associates and Pelion Venture Partners. The company said it would use the funding proceeds for a variety of corporate purposes.
