Bloomspot Accepts First Venture Capital Investment

San Francisco, California  --  Internet technology company Bloomspot has garnered $9 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.

Bloomspot enables high-end hotel properties to provide limited quantity exclusive offers for weekend getaways and local experiences.

Menlo Ventures led the financing, which also included True Ventures and Harrison Metal Capital. The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
