Knopp Neuro Raises $60 Million Venture Capital Funding

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania  --  Biotechnology company Knopp Neurosciences has garnered $60 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Knopp is developing "novel biomarkers and drug therapies for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the investment proceeds.
