Centro Media Adds $25 Million New Venture Capital

Chicago, Illinois  --  Digital media company Centro Media has secured $25 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Centro has developed a technology it calls Transis, which streamlines the process of agency planning, negotiating and billing.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, neither was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
