Chiasma Clears $3 Million Venture Capital Debt

Newton Center, Massachusetts  --  Biotechnology company Chiasma has secured $3 million in new venture capital debt according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Chiasma says that it is developing solutions for the noninvasive delivery of protein drugs.

Investors in the debt financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.
