Integrated Photovoltaics
has secured $3 million in new venture capital debt and equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Integrated has created silicon photovoltaic technology that it says reduces solar generation costs.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
