Napo Pharma Nabs $3 Million VC Investment

San Francisco, California  --  Napo Pharmaceuticals has secured $3 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Napo is developing a proprietary gastro-intestinal compound with the potential for four distinct product indications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Napo is still seeking an additional $2 million in financing, according to the filing.
