Nitronex Nets $2 Million Venture Capital Debt

Durham, North Carolina  --  Wireless technology company Nitronex has received $2 million in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Nitronex develops what it calls "advanced RF power transistors for use in wireless communications networks."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
