Waltham, Massachusetts -- Internet company InnoCentive has garnered $3.4 million in venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
InnoCentive has created an online community that matches scientists with relevant R&D projects.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
InnoCentive is seeking an additional $4 million in financing, according to the filing. |
